Do you like leather?
I certainly do. So I'm definitely liking what I see. Which is: lots of leather. On the red carpet. In the past... two weeks, maybe. From Angelina Jolie to Ashley Greene. So, who wore it the best?
Leather and lace. What an absolutely amazing combination. When it's done right, that is. And Ashley Greene here seems to have ruined it.
I'm not meaning to be too harsh, it's not that bad. But something about that outfit... maybe it's the fact that it is extremely tight and is showing off way more than it should, maybe it's the choked up neck, maybe its that weird pleated thing going on at the bottom, maybe it's the wrong choice of shoes, but it just looks wrong altogether.
And she seems to love her leather. Some time ago, she wore this:
The top's really sheer. I wonder if it was intended to look like that.
Moving on. Angelina Jolie did something similar recently.
The white shirt-knee-length black skirt trend is definitely something, isn't it? But I like Angelina's way so much better.

Especially, waist down, this dress is just sad.
And woah! I would have thought coloured leather wouldn't work, but this is just awesome. Kristen Bell wears the right amount of everything. AND the shoes work.
So, in conclusion. Is the leather trend something of a fail? Honestly, I quite like it.
