What's in my January Vellvette Box?

 I've always wanted to try one of these subscription boxes out and all the ones that came to India were ridiculously priced. So when I came across Vellvette Box which offered fewer products, but was more decently priced, I decided that I need to at least give it one go. Therefore, I ordered the January box using the one month subscription (I wanted to test it before I commit to three months or more, even though I know they are cheaper that way).

 I was really excited the entire of the month, but to be honest, waiting all the way till the last day of January kind of killed some of that excitement. But I was thrilled when it arrived today, nonetheless.

 So was the box worth the wait?

 Here's what I got:

OPI Nail Lacquer in Big Apple Red

 Two brands I really wanted in my Vellvette box were OPI and Clinique, so yay to that. I got both my wishes granted. This is OPI's Big Apple Red.

 However, the sample size of this product is absolutely tiny. Don't be fooled by the image above. I love the colour and I hope it lasts longer than I think it will.

Nyassa Belgian Chocolate Sugar Scrub

 This is something, I believe, everyone got. But I was still excited to find it in my box. It smells pleasant and I can't wait to give it a go!

Clinique Liquid Facial Soap

 Like I said, I wanted to try something from Clinique, so i was happy to find this. I will let you know what I think of it once I develop an opinion on it!

And that's all. So the big question again. Was it worth the money and the wait?

Well, I enjoy surprises every once in a while so I loved this one. However, I don't think I'll be subscribing for the February box. But next time I feel like receiving a surprise present (fully paid for by myself), I will surely get one more of the single month subscriptions!
